We are a specialist team of Chartered Landscape Architects and Chartered Town Planners. We also work with a network of Highway Engineers and other specialist consultants on complex projects. Our focus is on delivering high-quality dropped kerb design and planning services that meet both the practical needs of our clients and maximise the chances of securing planning consent.

Our Approval Rate — and Why It Isn’t 100%
Around 80% of the dropped kerb planning applications we submit are approved. Our appraisal is based on our professional judgement as Chartered Town Planners — it does not represent the council’s formal view.
In most cases we can tell you in advance whether an application is likely to be refused — a tight Conservation Area corner, a classified-road junction with poor visibility, a constrained splay, a protected tree in the wrong place. Some cases, however, are genuinely nuanced, and the outcome only becomes clear once the case officer engages with the file.
